Main Features

This Vidyalaya has been declared as a MODEL Kendriya Vidyalaya because of its achievements in different academic, co-curricular and extra curricular activities.

Admission : Kendriya Vidyalaya is a co-educational institution where admission is not restricted to central government employees and are open to all. Only certain priorities have been laid down as per which children of different categories would receive priority in admission. The reservation of SC / ST and physically handicapped is also included.

Admission to pre-primary [ Nursery ] class has also been started from 2002-03 session. Maximum of 25 children, who have completed 4 years of age on 01/04/02, will be admitted as per KVS rules.
