The hope of every nation is its children. The school is pivotal in guiding young people to become productive citizens. Kendriya Vidyalayas were specially initiated to cater to the wards of the Defence Personnel, Central Govt. Employees. The schools are running under C.B.S.E pattern and following the same syllabi in India and abroad.

Beginning with primary classes in 1983, Kendriya Vidyalaya Pushp Vihar, has reached the heights of Sr.Secondary level with 1850 girls and boys, who are given the opportunity to follow Humanities, Science and Commerce Streams at +2 level.

We feel proud to announce that our school has been declared as a Model School by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan with special features like well-equipped Computer Labs, Junior Science Lab and Science Labs for the Senior Secondary students. Our special emphasis is on strengthening of Primary Education. We feel proud to provide quality education by equipping our students with skills, confidence and a positive approach to life.
