St.John's Academy [ Summer School ] |
St.John's Academy [ Summer School ] was established in 1985 and run by the society of St. John Bosco. Frequent Parent - Teacher interaction meetings are held to monitor the progress of each child and apply timely remedial measures, if necessary. The children are provide with an ideal environment for learning acquisition of skills and communication so that their total personality is developed. The staffing system and the infrastructure is geared to the achievement of such objectives. In the methods of teaching adopted, great emphasis laid upon learning through play and the environment. Each child's creativity is exploited and his / her talents recognised. The identity of each child is maintained and all desirable forms of spontaneity encourged. The children are provided with aesthetically pleasing materials which help them to learn and more importantly to associate learning with pleasure. In a pleasant and friendly atomosphere, the child loves to learn and loves the experience of being in the school.

Swimming, Skating, Aerobics, Badminton, Table Tennis, Cricket, Casio [ Keyboard ], Guitar, Harmonium, Tabla, Singing, Kathak, Dramatics, Personality Development Classes [ Age : 15 to 19 Years ], English Conversation, Computer Courses, Claymodelling, Sculpture, Drawing & Painting, Doll Making, Aeromodelling, Indian Fold Dances, Western Dance, etc.
Kiddie's Paradise
A special Programme for children under 5 Years
The Programme includes Group activities like Song & Dance, Dramatics, Listening to Stories, Claymodelling, Free Play, Art & Craft Work of their level, Splash Tub and Some Entertainments and Outings.
Children above 3 years may be considered for swimming.
